How can you make Because” pay?

 

 

 

 

 

What’s the mental tweak ?

 

 

 

 

You need to tell your audience, your customers, your followers “WHY”  (mental tweak) you want them to do the things you’re asking them to do.

For example:

  • “Read this” because it teaches a method to cut your refund rate in half.
  • “Click here” because your free download awaits!
  • “Share this” because it makes you look like an authority.
  • “Buy this” because it will teach you how to create professional quality videos.

 

 

 

How many times a day do you see just “click here” or “Share this?”

 

 

 

 

How many times do you personally type those things?

 

 

 

 

 

Is taking a few seconds to come up with a compelling “because” worth a 34% raise or a 34% increase in revenue?

 

 

 

 

How’s that for simple?

  1. Joan, you know I love the concept of “BE… CAUSE” since it is who we are being that is causing what we are getting. That said, you gave me even more reason to love it. Such a simple change that I have almost never come across implemented. No wonder you wear that crown well 🙂 The mathematician in me ask where the 30% comes from and as compared to what. But I also do not know how the electrical impulses line up to be transmitted to and work my computer. What works works when we do the work. I look forward to accepting my 30%.
